American singer-songwriter, Livingston Taylor, joins the Phil for a very special evening of heartfelt storytelling splashed against the power and beauty of our orchestra. Feelings abound with a program that includes Taylor's 1979 Billboard chart climber, I Will Be in Love with You, and his brother James' song of yearning and home, Carolina in my Mind.

Explore the cultural influence of English Protestantism on South Shore communities through a series of lectures by local historians. Speakers will examine a variety of topics, including the design of meetinghouses, the politics of church attendance, and the religious legacy of the Pilgrims.
