Papa's Pet Project
Papa's Pet Project will host a Kitty Adoption Event from noon to 3 p.m. this Saturday, Feb. 28, the PetSmart in The Grove at Plymouth. Meet some kitties and adopt a feline friend. Stop by the adoption center at Plymouth's Petsmart to pick up an adoption application or you can request a copy by email to pets@papaspetproject.org.
The fourth annual Purrfect Doggone Bash will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, March 28, at the Black Raspberry Pub in North Plymouth. Musical entertainment will be provided by The Pretty Shitty band. The $10 cover charge includes door prizes and free pizza between 8:30-9:30pm. All funds raised from raffles, prizes and the 50/50 will benefit Papa's Pet Project. Donations of canned cat or dog food, dry kitten food and kitty litter are always welcome. Papa’s Pet Project is a nonprofit, all-volunteer organization founded in 2009 to help improve the lives of homeless animals in our community. PPP teamed up with the Plymouth Animal Shelter, Helping Hands for the Plymouth Animal Shelter and Petsmart, at Shops at 5 Way, to work together to help homeless animals find wonderful homes
