The inaugural Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service will be held from 9:30 AM to 1PM on Saturday, January 17th at Zion Lutheran Church in Plymouth.
The event is sponsored by Plymouth Youth in Action and the Plymouth Area Interfaith Clergy Association and will address food scarcity in the local area.
Participants will pack nutrition dense meals for families in need and then will share a meal and remember the work and vision of the Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr.
There is a $5 fee for the event which includes lunch.
