An MHC workshop on demolition delay bylaws will presented by Christopher Skelly of the Mass Historic Commission this Thursday, June 26, beginning at 7pm at the Spire Center in Plymouth, MA.
The workshop is primarily for local historical commission members interested in establishing a demolition delay bylaw in their community, but anyone interested in understanding the basics of the bylaw is welcome to attend.
The workshop will cover the advantages of demolition delay bylaws, the different types of bylaws found in Massachusetts, the typical steps the bylaw and success stories from around the state. Christopher Skelly will be in attendance from the Mass Historic Commission
